Andrew advises clients on complex financial transactions and real estate development, and also focuses on litigation related to historic preservation. Andrew is licensed in New York and Georgia.
Andrew has nearly 40 years’ experience and extensive legal knowledge. In addition to having worked in two of New York City’s top corporate law firms, Andrew has spent a substantial part of his career in the bond ratings business, evaluating real estate, municipal debt, insurers and global financial institutions.
